Hāngi master Rewi Spraggon and fine dining chef Rex Morgan bring their worlds to the same table.

Three nights of cuisine where ancient tradition and modern craft become one.

Dinner sittings are from 6-9pm, and bookings are required.

Menu

Each dish on the menu tells a story — of ingredients sourced from across Aotearoa, of techniques inherited and reimagined, and of two chefs in genuine creative conversation.

Guests are invited to dine at their own pace across a thoughtfully composed à la carte menu.

Expect the warmth and generosity of a hāngi feast, expressed through the precision and interaction with the chefs across 3 nights.
