Enjoy an a-la-carte menu of some of his most treasured dishes from famed Wellington restaurant, CITRON, in SO/ Auckland’s 15th-floor restaurant. Or, enjoy a six-course trust the chef menu.
Dinner sittings are from 6-9pm, and bookings are required.

Highlights include grilled Denver venison leg with dates, maple smoked duck, sweet pea pannacotta and confit fennel bulbs—to name a few.
